Dr. Gustavo Arroyo-Figueroa is a researcher in the Technologies Information at Instituto Nacional de Electricidad y Energías Limpias.
Gustavo Arroyo-Figueroa completed his Ph.D. at Monterrey Institute of Technology and his undergraduate studies at the Celaya Institute of Technology. He is head of research area of Information Technologies.
His research includes the application of Artificial Intelligence in the energy sector in the automation and control of processes control, intelligent management of large volumes of data, intelligent training and computer security schemes based on AI.
Dr. Arroyo-Figueroa has published over 80 journal papers and has presented a similar number of papers in international conferences. He is a reviewer for several international journals and has held various roles in scientific committees of various organizations and meetings. He is member of National Research System of Mexico, level II and board of the Mexican Society of Artificial Intelligence and national member of CIGRE.
