Tecnologico de Monterrey

Rodrigo Palacios Saldaña is a postdoctoral research for de Binational Energy Laboratory in the Campus Cuernavaca of the Tecnologico de Monterrey. He has an architect in the Universidad de Salamanca, M.Sc. in renewable energy with specialty in planning and feasibility analysis in the Universidad CEU San Pablo, M.Sc. in prevention of occupational hazards specialty in audit in Universidad Camilo Jose Cela, and PhD. in optimization of the energy grid in Universidad de Burgos. He has presented the results of his studies in national and international congresses. He has also published chapters of books and articles. This work includes projects of continuous improvement, optimization and planning with private companies and public agencies.
