Isabel Sofia Sousa Brito

Isabel Sofia Sousa Brito is an Assistant Professor at Polytechnic Institute of Beja, Portugal, with publications related to her research areas: aspect-oriented requirements engineering approaches; multiple objective mixed integer linear programming models; modularity in modeling; model-driven development; and sustainability engineering. She received her PhD (2008) degree in Computer Science from Universidade Nova de Lisboa, Portugal.
She has experience working on complex multi-disciplinary research projects, such as, U-Bike, Petri Ring and Softas. Her current research interests include big data and internet of things, systems security and privacy, and sustainability engineering. Isabel is also an organizer and PC member for numerous conferences and workshops (e.g., CiBSE – Software Engineering Conference, RE – Requirements Engineering Conference).
