Enrique Ruiz Serna is a researcher and technological promoter of the Advanced Training Systems and Simulation at the Enable Technologies Division. Enrique Ruiz completed the MS degree at the Tecnológico de Monterrey and his undergraduate studies at the National Polytechnic Institute of Mexico.
Before working at the Electrical Research Institute, now the National Electric and Clean Energies Institute (INEEL), he worked at Texas Instruments, México, where he was an Engineering Manager for Mexico, in the area of digital systems for industrial applications.
His research includes Knowledge Management Systems, Technology Management and Innovation. Enrique Ruiz Serna has promoted and participated in projects of Operator Training Simulators (OTS) of power plants and conducted several Knowledge Management Process projects in the energy sector in Mexico. He also has published several international articles related to knowledge management and technology management.
